A member of the company management will attend to each of our customers personally until the departure to your chosen airbase. If there are any questions, we are available by mail, fax or phone. During your stay in Russia or elsewhere, we in Zurich as well as our local team are there for you, too. Our charming representative on site in Russia is being described by our customers as "a credit to our company" and "nothing short of fantastic".

In our opinion, a modern software with real-time-order-processing can never be an alternative for personal care. Personal care is therefore guaranteed if you choose us - also in order to ensure that everything proceeds according to your wishes.

Friendly care on site

For many people, the first trip to Russia involves uncertainty as Russia is a foreign country to us westerners. We, on the contrary,  try to convince you that Russia is indeed far different than the usual preconceptions suggest. Our friendly chaperone on site will therefore attend to you at all times. We try to supply this optimal service at prices as low as possible. According to our mission statement, this unique adventure should be affordable for anyone. We therefore try all the time to keep our prices as low as possible.

As we definitely don't have to be ashamed of our prices, we can easily publish them clearly on our page and we don't have to unveil them "on request" or wrap them in special arrangements with auxiliary services to veil the true price or come up with forms for price inquiries to collect e-mail-addresses in order to harass our potential customers with regular promotional mails.

We try to be responsive to all customer requests

The customer has a say in the flight program and the pilot will be responsive to his wishes whenever possible, that we take for granted. So please communicate your wishes before the flight - our pilots will fulfil them!

Optimal airfield for every plane

We have inspected several airfields qorldwide to be able to supply our customers with the best site for every plane in order to get an optimal countervalue for your money. We don't settle for one airbase which is the reason we can afford to offer you our attractive prices. With us, for example, you fly the L-39 in Vyazma, with aircraft and pilots of the world-renowned "Vyazma Rus" aerobatics squadron. In Vyazma, the pilot candidates for the big planes of Russia and Belarus receive their training. There are no comparably qualified L-39 pilots anywhere else in the world - with the same amount of flying hours and experience.
