Important Information Regarding Your Booking

1. Documents for your Flight

Depending on the airfield and jet type, you will need to hand in various documents - for example, to gain access permission to military restricted areas. You will receive all necessary papers along with an answer to your booking. In addition, all flights require signed papers of our Terms and Conditions, a Waiver of Liability and a Medical Check Form. You'll get these papers too. Alternatively, you can download them for review here.

2. Country-Specific Regulations

2.1 Regular Booking in Russia (Flights in MiG-29 and MiG-31):

1. Along with the booking, please inform us about your desired day of flight (MO-FR usually). We will contact the respective people and confirm your flight preliminarily. Soon you'll get a written offer from us.
2. Maximum 45 days before the flight: Please return us the signed documents and wire 20% of the flight price as non-refundable deposit. As soon as the deposit and the documents have arrived, we will finally confirm your flight. Should your access request be denied, you'll get a 100% refund.
3. Maximum 30 days before the flight: Please wire the remaining sum to our bank account to keep your reservation up.
4. In the morning of your flight, you'll be picked up in the lobby of your hotel. Our team will then bring you to the airbase (own driver and translator). All paperwork will be done for you so you can solely concentrate on the flight. After the flight, you'll be brought back to the hotel.

Everything else - flights to Russia, Visas, Hotels etc - can be organized by us as well.

2.2 Booking of L-39 Flights:

L-39 flights might be available on short notice.

2.3 Regular Booking Switzerland:

Flights in Switzerland are only available on selected dates.  Please indicate as many dates / timespans as possible for your flight and we'll contact you regarding the availability. 

3. Payment

Payment can be done either by bank/wire transfer or by credit card (VISA/MasterCard). Credit Card payment leads to additional fees.
