Flavio Kaufmann, M.A. UZH in political sciences and international relations, graduated while working on Russian politics. Since his childhood he has been enthusiastic about Russian aviation.

At MiGFlug, Flavio is responsible for the development of non German speaking markets, for the operations of the flights in Russia and for technical matters. He is also primarily responsible for non German speaking clients. Flavio speaks German, English and French fluently and has basic knowledge of Russian and Spanish.

Philip Schaer studied international relations as well as management and economics at the University of Zürich and the University of Wroclaw and graduated with a Masters degree. At MiGFlug, Philip is primarily responsible for strategy, the management of partners and resellers as well as the development of the European markets.
